The agreement for Takeloft

Terms of use

These terms explain the conditions for using Takeloft, your responsibilities when providing images, our obligations for purchases and information, and the options available when you need a remedy.

01 The provider and the scope of the agreement

Takeloft is operated by FM DISTRIBUTORS ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED, at h 4 street 42 muhammadi muhallah wassan pura, Lahore - 54000, Pakistan. Our website is https://www.takeloft.app, and our contact address is contact@takeloft.app. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms refer to that company. The agreement applies to your use of the Takeloft app, website and related assistance, including the creative functions and purchase arrangements made available to you.

The app's two creative functions are image-to-video and image-to-image. It is being developed for Android and is coming soon; it has not been released on Google Play, and no store download link is available on this website. Describing a forthcoming function does not mean it can already be used.

The website introduces the product, displays original concept artwork and provides policies and ways to contact us. It does not perform generation or take payment. Its deletion form helps prepare an email but does not send the message for you. Specific conditions presented for an available feature or purchase supplement this agreement and must be read together with it.

02 Your opportunity to review the conditions

Read the applicable terms before submitting material, using a function or authorising a purchase. If an acceptance step appears, your decision relates to the conditions presented for that action. Do not proceed with the affected use if you do not agree. Contact support if you need a condition explained before deciding; asking a question does not itself authorise a charge or commit you to a purchase.

Acceptance cannot waive rights that the law makes non-waivable. It is not consent to an unrelated use of personal information, a permission to publish private source material or an authorisation to train AI with user data. A separate request, acknowledgment or consent required by consumer or privacy law must be obtained separately through the relevant process.

Keep important offer details, confirmations and correspondence where you may need to establish what was agreed. Legally binding information supplied before payment can matter alongside the accepted terms and receipt. A later website revision cannot silently replace that information, and seeking help with an earlier purchase does not require agreeing to an unrelated new condition.

03 Capacity and permission to use Takeloft

Use requires the legal capacity and permissions applicable to you. Follow the relevant minimum-age rules and any age requirements shown by the app's authorised distribution platform. Where lawful use depends on a parent or guardian's involvement, obtain that involvement before proceeding. A content rating or access to a webpage does not replace a legal requirement.

If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf, provide its material and approve any purchase. Access to a workplace device, file or payment method alone may not supply that authority. You must also respect confidentiality, privacy and intellectual-property obligations attached to a client's, colleague's or another person's information.

Do not access a feature in circumstances where doing so is prohibited by law. Distribution, availability and compatibility can depend on lawful geographic, marketplace or technical restrictions. If an access decision appears to rely on a mistake, explain the circumstances to support. Do not circumvent a restriction that applies to you merely because an alternative device or connection makes access technically possible.

04 Permissions for source images and generated work

Upload only photographs and other material you have the right to use. If a photograph includes another person, obtain that person's consent to the proposed use before submitting it, together with any other legally necessary permissions. An image being publicly accessible online does not establish a right to copy, transform or publish it. Consider copyright, privacy, confidentiality and likeness rights before making the request.

You retain rights you already hold in your source material, instructions and other submissions. We do not take ownership merely by processing them, or claim ownership of an output solely because Takeloft produced it. This does not determine rights held by someone else or the legal status of AI-generated material, which can depend on the jurisdiction and the content involved.

A generated result may lack copyright protection, resemble other material or be non-exclusive. We do not promise that every output is cleared for every commercial purpose. Respect any usage conditions disclosed for a supplied licensed component. Inspect the result and its intended context before downloading, sharing or relying on it; completion of a task is not certification of truth, legality or permission from another rights holder.

Do not present a fabricated scene as genuine evidence of an event, statement or person's actions when that would mislead others. Do not falsely imply that someone participated in, approved or endorsed a creation. Make disclosures about generated or manipulated content when the law, the publication platform or the circumstances require them. Your intended use matters as well as your permission to submit the source image.

05 Prohibited content, reports and protective action

The following rules apply to uploads, instructions, generated media and use of the service. Do not use Takeloft to harm people, expose their private information or evade their rights. A request being accepted or completed does not make a prohibited purpose permissible. Consent to an ordinary photograph is not consent to a new intimate or humiliating depiction.

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is prohibited, including AI-generated nude or sexual images of a person without their consent. Do not create, solicit or distribute that material, sexual exploitation or pornography intended for sexual gratification.
  • Child sexual abuse material and any sexualised content involving minors are prohibited, including synthetic or manipulated depictions.
  • Do not harass, threaten, humiliate or deceptively impersonate a real person, commit fraud or phishing, fabricate evidence or documents, or deliberately mislead people about civic processes.
  • Do not promote hateful abuse, violent extremism, self-harm or serious harm to people, or violate copyright, privacy, publicity, likeness or other protected rights.
  • Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or security testing, overload infrastructure, disrupt operation or interfere with another person's use.
  • Do not manipulate payment or entitlement records, bypass safety measures or purchase controls, evade usage restrictions or resell access without authorisation.
  • Do not scrape or systematically extract protected service information, remove ownership notices or reverse engineer protected software or non-public systems, except within an applicable legal permission or separate component licence.

Report a violation or rights concern through the report option on the creation's detail page, the website's Help page, or contact@takeloft.app. The in-app option lets you report without leaving Takeloft. Describe the concern and provide an available reference; do not forward or re-upload the offending content itself, illegal material or unnecessary private information. Explain your connection to the affected work or person where relevant.

We can remove offending material or restrict affected functions. Repeated violations, or one serious violation such as non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a minor, may lead to suspension or deletion of app-user records. Protective action is proportionate to the circumstances and remains subject to applicable rights. Reporting or investigation does not extend the creation-data deadline.

06 A limited licence to process your material

Providing material gives us the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to receive it, perform your request, temporarily store and transmit the relevant information, and deliver the result. Handling a related support or safety issue can fall within that permission. It is limited to providing, protecting and supporting the service for the stated purposes; it does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated publication, sale or reuse of private material.

AI processing is self-hosted under our operation. We do not send creative inputs, outputs, prompts or associated creation information to a third-party AI generation provider. No user information is used to train AI models. That commitment covers creative content and also app records, purchase information, diagnostics, reports and support correspondence. We do not perform facial recognition or extract biometric identity information.

Every part of a creation held in our controlled systems or by processors acting for us is removed within 48 hours from the start of the input upload. If a request has no upload, its prompt submission starts the period. Results and associated records share that deadline. Completing generation, handling a report, copying a file or answering a support question does not restart it.

Takeloft is not a lasting archive, so export a result you wish to keep while it is available. We may consider or implement a general suggestion without payment becoming due merely because you submitted it. Feedback does not transfer unrelated intellectual property, permit disclosure of confidential information or override the no-training commitment. Avoid including another person's confidential material in unsolicited suggestions.

07 Private material and photo selection

The Privacy policy and AI data notice describe the information involved in providing the app and website, why it is handled, relevant legal grounds, recipients, protection, retention and available rights. Read them alongside these terms. Their inclusion in the service documents is not blanket consent and does not make a protected privacy right depend on accepting unrelated conditions.

Source photographs are chosen through Android's system Photo Picker. You select which photographs to make available for the requested input; that selection does not grant access to your entire photo library. Choose only material needed for the task. A photograph containing a face can be personal information even though Takeloft does not identify the person through facial recognition or biometric extraction.

Submitting a private image does not ask us to show it publicly. Access and disclosure remain limited to the purposes described in the privacy notices, including necessary operational processing and lawful disclosure requirements. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and obtain consent for other people shown in your inputs. An exported file that you later provide to another service is a separate copy subject to your choices and the recipient's practices.

08 Creation deletion and requests to remove app-user data

The 48-hour automatic limit covers all creation information, not only a finished image or video. It includes input and output media, prompts, settings, parameters, task records and identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata, links and associations. Every controlled system and processor acting for us is covered, including copies in logs, support or report messages and attachments, previews, caches and backups. Independent records cannot retain creative details or associations after that original deadline.

You can independently request deletion of app-user records through Personal Settings or by emailing contact@takeloft.app. Email does not require app access, reinstallation, registration or an earlier in-app attempt. Use an available reference if helpful, without inventing one. We may request limited information needed to locate the correct records and confirm that you are entitled to request their removal.

The Data deletion page also provides an email composer with optional context fields and a required confirmation that you are the person concerned or are authorised to act. It prepares a draft without sending it to us. Opening an email app or webmail provider passes the draft to that service; review and send it yourself. If the default email app does not open, the page offers Gmail, Outlook.com, retry and copy options and the complete message text.

We begin handling a manual request promptly when it reaches support and expect completion within 30 days. If a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it; a shorter legal deadline takes precedence. This manual-request process never extends the automatic 48-hour creation deadline, which does not wait for verification, a support response or resolution of a dispute.

Necessary independent records may remain for accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention or another lawful obligation described in the Privacy policy. Their retention does not preserve creation content or links, permit reconstruction of a deleted creation record or allow ordinary continued use of app-user information that should be erased. Save exports you need before removal. Deletion does not reach copies independently saved or shared elsewhere, close your Google account or automatically request a refund.

09 App records and care of your device

You do not need to register or sign in to use Takeloft. An installation can still have identifiers and service records needed to carry out requests or associate a purchase with the relevant app use. These are not a registered login profile. A Google account used with Google Play remains part of Google's separate service and is not a Takeloft account.

Protect access to your device, app and payment facilities that you control. Contact support if related records or paid access appear to have been used without permission. Clearing local app data, reinstalling or changing devices can affect saved files and the references available to identify earlier use. Keep relevant exports and receipts rather than assuming these actions recover missing access or resolve a charge.

Describe a support or purchase issue accurately using the details you have, and say when something is unknown. This expectation concerns information used to investigate the problem, not whether a fictional creative instruction describes a real event. An enquiry does not require you to create a login or give us your Google password, authentication codes or complete payment-card information.

10 Permission to use the mobile software

Once an authorised release is available, you may install and use an authorised copy on a compatible device you own or control, subject to these terms and the relevant marketplace conditions. The permission is limited and non-exclusive. It does not give you a right to sublicense, rent, repackage or redistribute the app as a separate product.

Do not sell, alter or distribute protected app components without permission, or remove their security or ownership notices. Mandatory legal exceptions and permissions in a component's separate licence remain effective within their scope. A permission concerning one component does not grant access to other protected systems or authorise disruption of the service.

A supported device, operating system, working connection and relevant marketplace services can be needed. Your connectivity provider's charges are your responsibility. Updates may be necessary for security or compatibility, and the distribution information for an available release can specify requirements. We do not promise indefinite compatibility with every device. Changes affecting an existing paid obligation must nevertheless respect the accepted conditions and mandatory consumer rights.

11 Ownership of the service and its presentation

Rights in Takeloft's software, models, interface, documentation, brand, website design and other protected service materials belong to us or their respective licensors. They are separate from rights in your inputs and results. Permission to use a creative function does not transfer the technology, trademarks or design that make it available.

Unless permission or applicable law allows it, do not copy, distribute, sell, license or commercially present protected service materials as your own. Keep copyright and other ownership notices intact. Do not use our name or appearance to imply an endorsement, business relationship or approval that has not been given. Access to the website does not grant every possible reproduction right in its artwork or design.

These restrictions do not themselves prohibit an otherwise permitted export or use of your own result. Separate component licences and mandatory exceptions continue to apply. If the permission needed for a proposed reuse of service materials is unclear, explain the material and intended use to support before relying on an authorisation that has not been provided.

12 AI limitations and the examples on this website

Generative processing is variable. It can produce inaccuracies, visual defects, unwanted details or similarities to other work, and another attempt may give a different result. Supplying an instruction or source image does not guarantee a precise appearance, originality, exclusivity, factual accuracy or suitability for every proposed use. Review the actual output before publishing it or making decisions based on it.

The website's original campaign concepts were made for this website. They are not Takeloft outputs, app screenshots or available in-app templates. They illustrate creative directions without promising that the app can reproduce a particular pictured scene. Use the description of an actually available feature and its purchase conditions when deciding whether it meets your needs.

AI limitations do not remove standards imposed by applicable law. Requirements that digital content match its description and meet required quality or conformity standards remain in force, as do requirements to provide services with reasonable care and skill where applicable. A valid fault, misdescription or non-delivery claim must be considered on its facts. Calling a feature generative is not a blanket exclusion of warranties or remedies.

13 Reading the available purchase offer

Prices are not published on this website and payments are not collected here. Any available purchase is described in the app and checkout. Review its actual price, currency, applicable taxes, included benefit and material conditions before deciding to pay. A general product description does not establish that a feature is free, included in an unspecified purchase or supplied in an undisclosed quantity.

Use only a payment method you are entitled to use, and correct mistakes before confirming. Important conditions should be presented before acceptance rather than introduced afterwards. Where the law requires information or an agreement in a form you can retain, that requirement applies to the purchase process. Preserve the relevant offer description and confirmation if you may need them for a question later.

Google Play's transaction and payment-validation rules apply to payments processed through its system. We use necessary purchase information to supply the corresponding app benefit and investigate discrepancies. If what you receive differs from the offer, explain the difference and provide the available order reference. Support does not need your store password or full financial records to begin examining the issue.

14 Payment authority and delivery of a benefit

Takeloft does not offer subscriptions. A purchase requires your authority for the particular offer shown; acceptance of these general terms or an earlier transaction does not authorise an unrelated later charge. The conditions accepted for a purchase remain relevant to it and cannot be replaced retrospectively by a less favourable statement added to the website.

A pending payment, an unsuccessful checkout and a completed order are different situations. If payment completed but its stated benefit is missing, contact support with the reference you have and an explanation of what should have been supplied. You may do this without app access or a Takeloft login. Information sought to match the transaction should be proportionate and must not require control of your Google account.

Repeated payment attempts are not necessarily a solution to a delivery failure. If more than one charge appears for an intended single purchase, identify the relevant transactions so they can be checked. Uninstalling or clearing app data does not itself request a refund. We remain responsible for delivering an agreed benefit or providing the appropriate remedy; transaction verification is not permission to disregard an unfulfilled paid obligation.

15 Refund requests and corresponding adjustments

Use the Refunds page or contact support about an incorrect or duplicate charge, an unavailable paid benefit, a failed paid function or another purchase problem. Google Play provides refund and unrecognised-charge reporting routes for transactions through its billing system. The transaction, circumstances, store rules and applicable consumer protections determine the available remedy. Not every request qualifies, but digital purchases are not all automatically non-refundable.

We honour an approved Google Play refund or payment reversal and reconcile the corresponding Takeloft benefit. This may require correcting or withdrawing access supplied by that transaction. The change must relate to the purchase concerned and respect the decision and mandatory rights; unrelated valid purchases do not automatically disappear. Report any mismatch between the store's confirmed outcome and the app's entitlement record.

The store and payment provider control parts of returning a payment, so use the actual order status rather than assuming a universal completion time. A statutory remedy may remain available beyond an ordinary discretionary store refund period. We may investigate credible payment manipulation or refund abuse proportionately, but a legitimate claim or good-faith challenge to an incorrect decision is not abuse and does not surrender another right.

16 Stores, operational services and external links

Operating the service can involve Google Play for distribution and payments and providers supporting hosting or communications. Adjust has only the purpose of installation-source attribution through necessary permitted technical signals. We do not send it creative inputs or outputs, prompts, task information, creation metadata, support conversations, content reports or purchase events. The Privacy policy explains the relevant processing and choices.

A provider assisting with website delivery, payment verification or source attribution is distinct from an outside AI generation provider. Our generation remains self-hosted, and creative requests are not sent to third-party AI generation services. Operational assistance does not remove our own contractual, consumer or privacy obligations, including the deletion requirements for information handled on our behalf.

External stores and websites have their own terms, notices, content and availability. A link does not mean we endorse every statement there or control the provider's decisions. If an offer from another supplier is presented, check who supplies it and its conditions. That supplier is responsible for its commitments unless we expressly undertake an obligation; our own descriptions remain subject to applicable law.

Any promotional offer must explain its eligibility, duration and relevant conditions when it is presented. Following a link or participating in an offer does not provide consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking. If our description appears inconsistent with the supplier's conditions, ask about the difference before relying on a benefit that may not be included.

17 Maintenance and changes to availability

Maintenance, compatibility work, security improvements and legal or marketplace requirements can affect operation. Network problems or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. Uninterrupted service, a fixed generation time and compatibility with every device or operating-system version are not promised. A specific commitment made in an accepted offer remains subject to its terms and applicable law.

We may develop, revise or discontinue functions for legitimate product or operational reasons. Where an existing paid entitlement is materially affected, we will provide the notice and options required by the agreement for that purchase and the law. Urgent security or legal action may have to precede notice, but does not erase a remedy otherwise owed for an affected purchase.

If a change or permanent withdrawal prevents us from supplying what you paid for, contact support about an appropriate response. Depending on the circumstances, this may mean restoring the benefit, ending the affected arrangement or providing a refund. A right to change the service is not a right to retain payment for an unfulfilled obligation without addressing consumer protections. Maintenance and investigations do not extend creation retention.

18 Restrictions and the end of permitted use

You can stop using Takeloft. We may remove material, refuse a request, restrict functions or suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for a serious breach, fraud, a security threat, non-payment for the affected benefit or a legal requirement. Repeated violations or a single serious violation, including NCII or sexualised material involving a minor, can result in suspension or deletion of app-user records. There is no fixed number of warnings guaranteed before action.

Measures must be proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to ask support to review a mistake. Urgent protection can require action before notice, and information may be limited where disclosure would compromise safety or violate law. A valid privacy request, legitimate refund claim or good-faith complaint is not itself grounds for a penalty.

When permission to access a service ends, stop using it and do not bypass the restriction. Existing purchase duties, rights in material, lawful handling of independent records and unresolved claims continue where their purpose requires. Restriction or termination does not remove required consumer remedies, waive privacy rights or grant a new right to publish private inputs, train on user data or keep creation information past its deadline.

19 Complaints involving another person's rights

Material you provide or publish may lead to a complaint about copyright, privacy, likeness or another protected right. You remain responsible for your own unlawful acts and liabilities assigned to you by law. We may seek relevant facts or evidence of permission to understand a complaint, protect affected people and assess whether action or review is warranted.

If deliberate unlawful conduct or a material breach by you causes a valid third-party claim against us, we may seek recovery only for losses that applicable law permits us to recover. This is not an unlimited duty to defend us or pay every claim connected with the app. It does not transfer losses caused by our own breach, negligence or other wrongdoing to you.

An allegation alone does not prove infringement. If you believe a decision is mistaken, explain why and identify the matter without forwarding the offending material or unnecessary private files. A good-faith challenge is not misuse. Evidence handling, case records and reviews remain subject to the original creation deadline, including removal of content, metadata and associations from any independently retained record.

20 Responsibility for loss and damage

We are responsible for loss or damage for which applicable law makes us responsible, including failure to meet a contractual obligation. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Statements about service limitations must be interpreted subject to those protections.

For consumers, the relevant law determines responsibility, including causation and reasonable foreseeability where those tests apply. AI uncertainty or the possibility of an interruption does not excuse a failure to supply an agreed benefit or remove a legally valid claim. We remain accountable for our own contribution to a loss, even if a user's decision or an outside event also played a part.

You decide whether and where to publish or rely on material. Reasonable precautions include examining results, securing permissions and retaining exported files you need. We do not automatically assume losses caused solely by misuse beyond our responsibility. This does not shift our own obligations to you or prevent a remedy available under law where our conduct contributed to the harm.

We do not promise that work made through Takeloft will earn income, attract an audience, increase profits or achieve another business outcome. Business use remains subject to that absence of a promised result, any specific agreement and mandatory law. It does not alter ownership of your material or cancel an agreed service obligation.

21 Protections that apply to your transaction

Mandatory consumer protections can concern information before purchase, digital-content quality, conformity, warranties, cancellation and refunds. The rights applicable to your location and transaction take priority over a conflicting term. Store rules may provide additional routes, but cannot reduce a statutory protection. Our location does not by itself deprive consumers elsewhere of rights that their applicable law preserves.

Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation period applies, starting delivery of digital content or services during that period must follow the relevant legal requirements. These can include specific information, a request, consent or acknowledgment concerning early supply and its effect on cancellation. Viewing this website, its artwork or these terms does not alone waive that right. Required choices must be part of the actual purchase process.

Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered purchases may require correction, repeat performance, a price reduction, ending the affected arrangement or a refund. The available remedy depends on the circumstances and governing rules. Explain a problem even if an ordinary store refund window has passed. An AI disclaimer or a reference to store policy cannot substitute for considering a valid statutory claim.

22 Pakistani law and where a disagreement can go

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Nothing here specifies an exclusive court, requires compulsory arbitration or makes you surrender an available local forum or lawful regulator complaint route.

For a concern about Takeloft, email contact@takeloft.app with the issue, an available reference and the outcome you seek. We can try to resolve it through support. Include only information relevant to the matter. An informal exchange does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to complete an internal procedure before using another route available under the law.

A Google Play decision may have its own review process. Privacy requests and complaints can follow the Privacy policy and the competent authority's route where applicable. Keep relevant transaction information and correspondence needed to identify the dispute. A lawful complaint is not a breach, and seeking help does not require abandoning an unrelated purchase protection or privacy request.

23 Applicable trade restrictions

Observe export controls, sanctions and other trade requirements that apply to the software, service or transaction. Do not complete a prohibited transfer or provide access to a person or destination that cannot lawfully receive it. The ability to reach a webpage or app technically is not evidence that every intended transaction has legal authorisation.

Access may be limited when necessary to meet a binding restriction. Do not use another identity, device, payment method or intermediary to evade a requirement that applies to you. If a decision rests on incorrect information, explain that to support. Any review must still comply with the relevant law and cannot promise access that the law prohibits.

24 Service communications and electronic records

Operational notices may be supplied in the app, on this website or through an email exchange you initiate. A payment platform can issue its own receipts and transaction messages. Preserve important offer conditions, confirmations and relevant correspondence if you need a record. A support response about a feature and the store's payment confirmation can serve different evidential purposes.

An electronic record or confirmation may document an agreement or provide notice where law permits. Requirements for an individual notice, a retainable copy or another prescribed form remain applicable. A general website announcement is not a substitute for specific notice required for an affected purchase or material change. An additional form of communication will be used where legally required.

Service messages do not enrol you in unrelated marketing or provide consent for optional tracking. The website's email-preparation tool does not itself deliver a request to us; delivery depends on your sending it through your email service. Correspondence is handled for the purposes in the Privacy policy, and any creation information it contains keeps the same original deletion deadline.

25 How the documents work together

These terms, the relevant feature and purchase conditions and the linked policies describe the service arrangement together. They do not erase binding information given before a purchase or protected reliance on that information. A privacy notice describes handling and rights; referring to it in a contract does not turn it into blanket consent to every possible use of information.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remainder continues only to the extent permitted by law. This principle cannot defeat a mandatory protection or preserve the effect of a prohibited restriction. A delay or failure to enforce a condition does not automatically waive the right to address a later breach. Any lawful waiver is limited to the circumstances in which it was given.

You may not transfer permission to operate or resell the service without authorisation. If the business or an agreement passes to a successor, existing obligations, privacy rights and mandatory consumer protections must be respected. Required notices and further steps must be provided. Such a transfer cannot be used to avoid a paid commitment or obtain incompatible new rights over private material.

26 Updates and contact information

This version is effective November 7, 2026. Terms may change as functions, operations or legal requirements develop. A material revision will be communicated with any notice or fresh agreement required by law. Replacing the text on a webpage cannot retrospectively remove a purchase right, authorise a new charge or satisfy a separate privacy-consent requirement.

Conditions for a later offer must be available before you choose it. Earlier purchases remain protected by their relevant conditions and mandatory law. If you are unsure which description or version applies, ask support using an available order reference or correspondence. Unrelated personal information and private creative files are not needed simply to ask about the agreement.
