01 Send a clear description
Reach the team at contact@takeloft.app. Use a short subject describing the matter, explain what happened and say what help you are seeking. An available app-user, creation or order reference can help locate it. There is no Takeloft login to create and no store password to provide.
Takeloft's features are image-to-video and image-to-image. The Android app is coming soon and does not yet have a published Google Play download link. Purchase information is provided with actual in-app offers; this website does not accept payments or publish prices.
Original campaign art on the website is illustrative. It is not a screenshot, an available template or a Takeloft-generated result. Describe a real app issue separately from a question about those illustrations, using the details you actually have.
If a fact or reference is unknown, say so rather than guessing. Accuracy is useful for a factual support or purchase matter; fictional prompts and imaginative images do not have to depict real events. Keep passwords, verification codes, complete payment-card details and unrelated identity documents out of messages.
02 Purchase questions and requests about your information
For a missing paid benefit, apparent duplicate charge or another purchase issue, include an available Google Play order ID, purchase date and description of the mismatch. Redact unrelated details from a receipt. The Purchases & Refunds page covers store review, approved-refund adjustments and consumer remedies.
For deletion, use Personal Settings or email independently. The Delete Your Data page also offers a form that prepares a message in your email service, with alternate composer and copy options. The website does not send that request; you must review and send the email yourself. No login, app access or reinstallation is needed to start by email.
For other privacy matters, describe the information or right involved. Depending on the applicable law, this may concern access, correction, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent or a complaint. The Privacy Policy explains those rights and relevant review routes. Any verification should be proportionate to identifying the records and protecting the person concerned.
You can seek purchase assistance and deletion together without giving up either request. Deletion is not an automatic refund request, and a payment question cannot justify keeping creation information beyond its original deadline. Keep a useful order reference for follow-up without assuming that its associated creation remains stored.
03 Report content or an infringement
You can report through the relevant creation-detail page in the app, through this website's Help & Contact route, or directly to contact@takeloft.app. Explain the concern and include a reference if one is available. For a copyright, privacy or likeness complaint, describe your connection to the material and the right you believe is affected.
Do not forward prohibited material itself or unnecessary private, intimate or identifying information. A description and available reference are the starting point. We may ask for the minimum further detail needed to investigate safely.
Reports can lead to removal of content or restrictions on features. Repeated violations, or a single serious violation such as NCII or sexual content involving a minor, may result in suspension of use or deletion of the app-user record. A report is not by itself conclusive proof of wrongdoing; you can explain why you believe a decision or restriction is mistaken.
All creation content, task references, metadata and associations in a report retain the original creation deadline. An independent record of handling a concern cannot preserve those details afterwards. Reports are not sent to Adjust or used to train AI models, and reviewing a concern does not authorise unrelated use of private material.
The following uses are prohibited:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated nude or sexual images or videos of a person without their consent.
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualised content involving minors.
- Harassment, threats, humiliation or impersonation of real people, and fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
- Material or conduct that infringes copyright, privacy, likeness rights or other protected rights.
04 Details that help with a technical issue
Tell us the device model, operating-system and app versions, approximate time and error text where available. Say whether you were making an image-to-video or image-to-image request, what you did immediately before the problem and what happened instead of the expected behaviour.
An available task reference or cropped screenshot may help. Remove unrelated private details from screenshots, and do not resend a sensitive source image unless its relevance has been explained and it is necessary. You can begin with a description rather than supplying a whole device history or a collection of files.
Creation information in support messages, task references or attachments must be deleted by the same 48-hour deadline from the original upload start, or prompt submission when there was no upload. Inputs, outputs, settings, task details, metadata, links and copies remain covered. Contacting us does not start another retention period.
After removal, the original request or result may no longer be available to inspect. A necessary independent support record must contain none of that creation's information or associations after its deadline. A description of general behaviour can still help investigate a fault without preserving the creative work behind it.
05 The operator and follow-up enquiries
Takeloft is operated by FM DISTRIBUTORS ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED. Our postal address is h 4 street 42 muhammadi muhallah wassan pura, Lahore - 54000, Pakistan. The official website is https://www.takeloft.app. Contact contact@takeloft.app for product, purchase, content and privacy matters so we can direct the enquiry appropriately.
Reply to the earlier correspondence when following up and identify what remains unresolved. Relevant new information can help; repeatedly attaching private files is not necessary to keep a matter open and does not create a new retention period for them. A support email address does not mean you have a registered Takeloft login.
Independent correspondence may be needed to answer a question, document a response, address a dispute or meet another justified purpose explained in the Privacy Policy. Every creation detail and association must nevertheless be removed by its original deadline, including copies in support systems, processors, logs, caches and backups.
Support information is excluded from AI training and from Adjust's installation-source attribution data. An operational exchange does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing or give us unrelated rights in private material. A necessary retained record must stay limited to its justified purpose.
You remain free to use an available store review, applicable privacy regulator or other lawful complaint route. Contacting support does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to surrender another remedy. Independent services retain responsibility for their own activities, while we remain responsible for processing carried out by us or on our behalf.
