01 A maximum of 48 hours from the start
The deletion clock begins when your input upload starts. If there is no upload, it begins when you submit the prompt. Within 48 hours of that starting point, all information associated with the creation is deleted. Its generated output shares the original deadline, regardless of when processing finishes.
The rule covers the complete creation and its associations across every system we control and every processor acting for us. It includes source and generated media, prompts, settings, parameters, task records and identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata, links and copies. Creation details in logs, support conversations, reports, attachments, caches and backups are included.
Finishing generation, retrying within the same request, copying a file, transferring a record or asking for assistance does not restart the clock. A support, safety or payment matter cannot preserve a creation beyond its original deadline. Automatic removal takes place without waiting for a separate deletion request or a response from the support team.
Independent records can sometimes remain for another necessary purpose, such as a transaction, security issue or correspondence. After the creation deadline, they must contain none of its content, task details, metadata or links and associations. Keeping an independent record is not an exception for creative information within it, including in a backup.
Download an available result if you want to keep it. Once our copies and associated records are erased, they cannot provide that result again. Your downloads and copies shared with an independent person or service are outside our controlled systems and processors, so our deletion process does not remove those separate files.
02 The material and information involved
Takeloft provides image-to-video and image-to-image creation. A request may contain a selected source image, a prompt and processing choices. We use the information to perform the requested operation and make its result available. The website itself does not perform generation or accept source-image uploads.
Android's system Photo Picker lets you choose the photographs to provide. Making a selected image available does not grant access to your entire photo library. Include only what the request needs, and keep unrelated private documents or sensitive personal details out of both the image and any written instructions.
Creation information includes all input and output media, including images or videos where present, together with prompts, settings, parameters, task identifiers, status, times and other metadata. It also includes the relationships between records, links, previews, thumbnails, derived files and copies. This description is inclusive and is not limited to the visible media file.
You may upload only images you have the right to use. Obtain the consent of other people depicted before using their photographs or likenesses. A picture being publicly accessible online does not give you those permissions. Consider the intended use of the result as well as the source material, and review the result before sharing it.
A task reference in an email, a screenshot attached to a report or a creation description in a log remains information associated with the work. Its location or the name of the surrounding record does not change the retention rule. The same applies when a copy is held by a provider processing on our behalf.
03 Processing on infrastructure under our operation
Generation is self-hosted on infrastructure operated by us. We do not send creative inputs, outputs, prompts or related creation information to a third-party AI generation provider. Self-hosted describes the generation service; it does not mean that processing happens entirely on your phone.
Takeloft does not perform facial recognition to identify people, create face identity profiles or extract biometric identity information. An image of a person may still be personal information and remains subject to the permissions, safeguards and deletion limits described in our policies.
Operational providers may have roles in infrastructure, communications, app distribution or payments. Those roles are explained in the Privacy Policy and are separate from third-party AI generation. Information processed for us remains subject to its authorised purpose and applicable deletion requirements, wherever the provider holds its copy.
Adjust is used only for installation-source attribution through necessary permitted technical signals. It does not receive creations, support communications, content reports or purchase events. Its independent attribution records cannot be used to preserve creation details or associations after the creation deadline. The Privacy Policy explains this attribution purpose and relevant choices.
The Android app is coming soon and has no published Google Play download link yet. Images made for this website are original campaign concepts, not app screenshots, available templates or results produced by Takeloft. They do not establish what a particular request will generate.
04 Limited processing permission and no training use
We do not train AI models on user information. This covers source material, prompts, results and task information, and also app-user records, purchase information, diagnostics, support correspondence and reports. The commitment applies to every category of user information, rather than only to selected images or one model.
Submitting material provides the limited permission necessary to carry out your request and address related support or safety matters. It does not transfer your existing rights, authorise unrelated publication of private material or permit a collection to be retained for training. The Terms explain that processing permission and your responsibilities for content.
Support and safety processing still have to meet the original creation deadline. Any independent information that remains for a necessary purpose is also excluded from AI training. Sending feedback or asking for help does not expand our rights in your creative work or change that exclusion.
Where law requires a separate notice, consent or other step for an activity, that requirement still applies. Selecting a photograph, submitting a request or accepting the Terms does not automatically provide consent for unrelated processing. The Privacy Policy describes the other information involved in running the service and the rights available to you.
05 Your options for removal and reporting
Takeloft has no registration or login. You may request removal of the app-user record and associated personal information through Personal Settings or independently by emailing contact@takeloft.app. The Delete Your Data page also offers an optional email-preparation form; you must send the resulting message from your own email account.
An available app-user, creation or order reference can help us locate the relevant records. If you have no reference, explain what is available so proportionate alternatives can be considered. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment information or unrelated identity documents.
Report a concerning result through the option on its creation-detail page, the website's Help & Contact page or our contact email. Describe harmful content, a rights infringement or use of someone's likeness without consent. This includes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated nude or sexual depictions. Do not forward the prohibited material itself.
We may request the minimum additional detail needed to investigate. Reports can lead to removal of content or limits on use, and serious or repeated violations can lead to suspension or deletion of an app-user record as described in the Terms. A report does not extend the original deadline for its creation information or attachments.
FM DISTRIBUTORS ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED operates Takeloft. Read the Privacy Policy for operational information, lawful bases, recipients and privacy rights, and the Delete Your Data page for request handling and limited independent records. The manual-request process never extends automatic creation deletion.
